Abū Bakr Aḥmad ibn ʿAlī al-Rāzī al-Jaṣṣāṣ ou simplement Al-Jaṣṣās (الجصاص , né en 917 à Ray, mort en 981 à Bagdad, (305 - 370 AH) est un érudit hanafite, surtout connu comme le commentateur des travaux d' Al-Ḫaṣṣāf sur la jurisprudence islamique, le fiqh. Selon Tillier (2009: 281), l'œuvre originale et son commentaire peuvent désormais "difficilement être séparés : le texte original d'al-Khaṣṣāf est inclus dans le commentaire d'Al-Jaṣṣāṣ".
